1. Introduction
Welcome to AlgoSuite. By accessing or using algosuite.ai and its associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
AlgoSuite is an AI aggregation platform that simultaneously queries multiple AI models (including but not limited to Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, xAI Grok, Mistral, Perplexity, and others) and presents their responses through proprietary ranking and voting systems. Our platform provides a unified interface for comparing, evaluating, and synthesizing AI-generated content across models.
These Terms govern your use of AlgoSuite's web application, APIs, browser extensions, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Proprietary Rights & Intellectual Property
What AlgoSuite Owns
The following elements of the AlgoSuite platform constitute proprietary intellectual property owned exclusively by AlgoSuite:
- The compilation, arrangement, and presentation of AI responses from multiple providers
- Ranking data, scores, and performance metrics generated by the AlgoSuite system
- Voting mechanics, algorithms, and scoring methodologies
- The blind voting methodology used to evaluate AI responses without model attribution bias
- Aggregated statistics, benchmarks, and comparative analytics derived from platform usage
- The user interface and user experience design of the platform
- The AlgoSuite brand, name, logos, and visual identity
- Model routing logic and prompt orchestration systems
Data Ownership
You retain ownership of the prompts and content you submit to the Service. AlgoSuite owns the aggregated voting data, ranking metadata, and comparative analytics generated from platform interactions. Individual prompt content is not claimed by AlgoSuite.
No Reproduction Without Permission
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any portion of the AlgoSuite platform, its ranking systems, voting mechanics, aggregated data, or proprietary methodologies without prior written permission from AlgoSuite.
ML Training Prohibition
Prohibited: No data, output, ranking result, voting outcome, aggregated metric, or any other information derived from the AlgoSuite platform may be used to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or otherwise improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, whether commercial or open-source, without explicit written authorization from AlgoSuite.
Enforcement
Violations of these intellectual property terms may result in immediate account termination and may subject the violating party to civil and criminal legal action. AlgoSuite actively monitors for unauthorized use of its proprietary systems and data.
3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
All responses presented through AlgoSuite are generated by third-party AI models and are provided "as is" without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- AI-generated responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or factual mistakes.
- Responses may reflect biases present in the underlying training data of each model.
- Nothing in the Service constitutes professional advice — medical, legal, financial, psychological, or otherwise. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters.
- Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content before relying on it for any purpose.
- AI responses may not reflect recent events, developments, or current information due to training data cutoffs.
- AlgoSuite does not endorse any specific AI-generated response or the views expressed within it.
The ranking and voting features of AlgoSuite reflect aggregated user preferences and system-computed quality signals — they are not a guarantee of factual accuracy.
4. User Conduct
By using AlgoSuite, you agree that you will not:
- Submit prompts designed to generate harmful, illegal, abusive, defamatory, or harassing content
- Attempt to manipulate, game, or skew the voting or ranking systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract AlgoSuite's proprietary algorithms, routing logic, or ranking methodologies
- Use bots, scrapers, automated scripts, or any non-human means to access or interact with the Service at scale
- Systematically download, harvest, or extract ranking data, voting outcomes, or aggregated metrics from the platform
- Attempt to reconstruct AlgoSuite's proprietary datasets through systematic sampling or data collection
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any person or entity
- Impersonate any person, organization, or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure
AlgoSuite reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conduct standards, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

AlgoSuite offers the option to use your own API keys from supported AI providers. When you configure and use your own API keys:
- You are solely responsible for all costs, charges, and fees incurred with the respective AI provider(s).
- AlgoSuite has no liability for costs arising from your use of your own API keys through the platform.
- You are responsible for ensuring your API key usage complies with each provider's terms of service.
- You should monitor your API usage and set spending limits directly with each provider.

6. Privacy & Data
Your use of AlgoSuite is also governed by our Privacy & Security Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
- Prompts, conversations, and analysis results may be stored to support history, replay, and export features. You can delete this data at any time.
- We do not sell your personal data or your students' data to any third party.
- We do not use your data or student data for targeted advertising.
7. Limitation of Liability
AlgoSuite is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlgoSuite and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if AlgoSuite has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
AlgoSuite's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to AlgoSuite in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
8. FERPA & Educational Records
When AlgoSuite is used by accredited educational institutions with FERPA mode enabled, the following additional terms apply:
- School ownership: Schools retain full ownership and control over all educational records and student data processed through the Service.
- Permitted purposes only: Student data is processed solely for the educational purposes authorized by the institution. We act as a "school official" with a legitimate educational interest as defined under FERPA (20 U.S.C. § 1232g).
- No unauthorized disclosure: We will not disclose educational records to third parties except as required to provide the Service or as required by law.
- Breach notification: In the event of a security breach affecting student data, we will notify the affected institution within 48 hours of discovery.
- Decision-support only: AI-generated scores, assessments, and analytical results are decision-support indicators only. They should not be used as the sole basis for high-stakes decisions about students without human review and professional judgment.
- Data return and deletion: Upon termination of an institutional agreement, we will return or delete all student data as directed by the institution within 30 days.
Educational institutions using AlgoSuite for student-facing activities should ensure that appropriate data processing agreements are in place. Contact support@algosuite.ai to request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) or School Service Agreement.
